HP Brings Holston In-House as Leak Investigation Rolls On

For its new general counsel, embattled Hewlett-Packard has turned to a former federal prosecutor and veteran litigator.

      For its new general counsel, embattled Hewlett-Packard has turned to a former federal prosecutor and veteran litigator.
      The company has named Michael J. Holston, a Philadelphia partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, as in-house counsel and executive vice president effective Feb. 22, the company said Wednesday.
