Tension Rises Between DA, Riverside Courts

Riverside County's new district attorney Rod Pacheco has come under fire from judges who say his plea-bargaining crackdown is a main reason for the dismissal of two cases before they could get to trial. Judge Gary Tranbarger tossed the cases Friday, saying there weren't enough judges to handle them.
