PG&E Loses Nuclear-Waste Storage Appeal

WASHINGTON - In a setback for Pacific Gas & Electric Co., the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to review a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision that required federal regulators to think about terrorism threats when assessing the environmental impact of PG&E's planned nuclear-waste storage facility in San Luis Obispo County.
