Man Allegedly Bilks Senior Out of $40,000
SANTA ANA - A federal grand jury has indicted an Oregon man who allegedly coaxed $40,000 out of an elderly Anaheim woman after convincing her that she owed the money for a tax debt, according to a statement from the U.S. attorney's office.




Miguel Angel Somoza, 54, faces 10 counts of wire fraud, according to the indictment handed down April 25. He was arrested Monday.
