MoFo Wins Hong Kong Practice

SAN FRANCISCO - Morrison & Foerster announced Wednesday that the Hong Kong Law Society has approved the firm to practice local law there. According to Hong Kong practice rules, at least half of a foreign firm's local lawyers must be individually certified to practice locally before a firm can advise on Hong Kong law.
