Court Lets Enron Stop Supplying UC

SAN FRANCISCO - In the latest seesaw court battle over energy, a federal appeals court has blocked an injunction issued just three weeks ago that would have forced Houston-based Enron Corp. to continue supplying cheap electricity to the state university system.
