Brobeck Phleger: Intel Acquires Lightlogic in $400 Million Stock Deal
Santa Clara's Intel Corp. has agreed to buy Newark's LightLogic Inc. The cash deal is worth $400 million. Intel is the world's largest manufacturer of microprocessors that provide brains for IBM-compatible personal computers. Its largest customers are Compaq Computer Corp. and Dell Computer Corp.
