Irell & Manella Partner Will Lead Bet Tzedek in L.A.

Los Angeles' Bet Tzedek Legal Services has elected Irell & Manella partner James Adler to a one-year term as its president. Bet Tzedek, which in Hebrew means "House of Justice," is a nonprofit public interest law firm providing services to the poor in a variety of legal matters, including consumer and home-equity fraud, slum abatement, disability benefit appeals, and Holocaust survivor reparations.
