Asbestos Victim's Widow Can Sue Company

LOS ANGELES - A woman whose repairman-husband died of asbestos-related cancer can sue Hamilton Beach/Proctor Silex for allegedly failing to warn the man that the appliances he had repaired for four decades contained harmful levels of asbestos, a state appeals court has ruled.
