Parole Suit Incites Separation-of-Powers Debate

LOS ANGELES - Attorneys in the explosive parole case of convicted murderer Robert Rosenkrantz squabbled Monday over whether allowing Rosenkrantz to get out of prison and collect evidence on the governor's alleged "no parole" policy for murderers would violate the separation of powers doctrine.
