LOS ANGELES - Federal prosecutors in Santa Ana on Wednesday filed a criminal complaint against an attorney to former Broadcom Chief Executive Officer Henry T. Nicholas III, alleging the lawyer devised a scheme to enable his boss to systematically evade government scrutiny on large cash withdrawals.
