Hawaiian Hoedown

Senior 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Stephen S. Trott and his nationally known folk band, The Highwaymen, entertained hundreds of delegates at the circuit’s annual conference, being held this year in Honolulu, Hawaii. Trott, who plays guitar and mandolin — the "fastest mandolin in the federal judiciary" — met his fellow band members when they were freshmen at Wesleyan University in 1958.
