Real Estate Law and Business Symposium held in LA
The Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Richard S, Ziman Center for Real Estate at UCLA hosted the 41st Annual Benjamin S. Crocker Symposium on Real Estate Law and Business 2012 on Oct. 30 at the Millenium Biltmore Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. The one-day conference examined the current economic indicators from business, legal and practical standpoints to identify potential areas of growth in today's evolving real estate market. Particiapants included: Stuart A. Gabriel, director of the Ziman Center; David Shulman, senior economist at the UCLA Anderson Forecast; Frank Mottek, Business News Anchor, CBS KNX 1070 Newsradio; William McMorrow, chairman and CEO of Kennedy Wilson; and Wayne Ratkovich, founder of The Ratkovich Company. -Connie Lopez
