Latham & Watkins LLP guides Lucasfilm in $4 billion sale to Disney

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Lucasfilm Ltd. in its $4.05 billion sale to The Walt Disney Company, which called on Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom & Affiliates for counsel.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Lucasfilm Ltd., producer of the Star Wars franchise, in its $4.05 billion agreement to be sold to The Walt Disney Co.
