Baxter replacement named to lead Orrick

Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP has named Mitchell Zuklie as the official successor to longtime chairman and CEO Ralph Baxter.

San Francisco-based Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP has named Mitchell Zuklie as the official successor to longtime chairman and CEO Ralph Baxter.

Zuklie, who is based in Orrick's Menlo Park office, currently heads the firm's corporate transactions practice. He will step into the role as chair in January 2014.
