King & Spalding LLP has turned to a former Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC leader to bolster its corporate practice in Silicon Valley. Judith M. O'Brien will return to private practice as a partner in King & Spalding's Redwood Shores office on Thursday, 11 years after she left Wilson Sonsini, where she was a top dealmaker and the firm's first female partner.
