Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP advised Oracle Corp. in its planned two-part debt offering of $5 billion announced last week.


Leading the Davis Polk team was Menlo Park-based partner Sarah K. Solum, who was joined by associate Sara Chang and law clerk Siyu Jiang. A separate tax team was led by partner Rachel D. Kleinberg, also in Menlo Park, helped by law clerk Catherine Paskoff Chang.
