Genentech prevails in disability discrimination suit

A jury ruled 12-0 in favor of the defense Friday in a disability discrimination trial against Genentech Inc. in Santa Clara County Superior Court.

A jury ruled 12-0 in favor of the defense Friday in a disability discrimination trial against Genentech Inc. in Santa Clara County Superior Court.
