Disbarment recommended for veteran San Mateo County attorney

A longtime San Mateo County lawyer should be disbarred for misappropriating money from settlements she had won for her son, a State Bar Court judge has recommended.

A longtime San Mateo County lawyer should be disbarred for misappropriating money from settlements she had won for her son and for trying to have a conservator named for him while still representing him in other cases, a State Bar Court judge has recommended.
