Silicon Valley law foundation director to retire

Jim Bower, executive director of the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, has announced plans to retire by the end of the fiscal year.

Jim Bower, executive director of the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, has announced plans to retire by the end of the fiscal year.


Vicki Veenker, vice president of the foundation's board, said Bower has been a "fundraising powerhouse" during his 13 years with the nonprofit legal services organization. He increased the foundation's budget from $1.5 million in 1999 to approximately $7 ...
