Del Norte County DA accuses State Bar prosecutors of leaking email to hurt his reputation

Del Norte County's district attorney on Tuesday accused State Bar prosecutors of pursuing a vendetta to have him disbarred with corruption allegations against him.

SAN FRANCISCO - Del Norte County's district attorney on Tuesday accused State Bar prosecutors of pursuing a vendetta to have him disbarred with corruption allegations against him.


Jon M. Alexander, top prosecutor for the small county in northwest California, did not pinpoint why the State Bar was going after him, but said during testimony that he knows "the power these people wield."
