After months of contentious negotiations, Contra Costa County deputy district attorneys Tuesday settled their labor dispute with the county. The new three year contract ends a 5.24 percent pay cut the county imposed on prosecutors Sept. 1 in exchange for increased pension and retirement plan contributions.
