Cooley aids NextWave Pharmaceuticals in $680 million purchase
Cooley LLP is representing NextWave Pharmaceuticals in its sale to pharmaceutical giant Pfizer Inc. for $680 million.

Cooley LLP represented NextWave Pharmaceuticals Inc. in its agreement to be acquired by pharmaceutical giant Pfizer Inc. for $680 million.
Leading the Cooley team in the deal announced Monday were Palo Alto-based partners Barbara Kosacz, Renee Deming, Barclay Kamb, Francis M. Fryscak and Colorado-based partner Laura Medina. Palo Alto-based senior counsel Buff Miller also worked with the team.
