Bunsow suit against Dewey leaders in venue limbo

Lawyers representing former Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP leaders claimed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court Friday that keeping litigator Henry C. Bunsow's fraud lawsuit in state court could spark a wave of lawsuits by other partners in the defunct firm.

SAN FRANCISCO - Lawyers representing former Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP leaders claimed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court Friday that keeping San Francisco litigator Henry C. Bunsow's fraud lawsuit in state court could spark a wave of lawsuits by other partners who worked at the defunct firm.
