Sullivan & Cromwell advises Cymer Inc. in its $2.5 billion sale

Sullivan & Cromwell LLP counseled San Diego-based lithography research and development company Cymer Inc. in its sale to Netherlands-based ASML Holding NV for roughly $2.5 billion.

Sullivan & Cromwell LLP announced Wednesday that it counseled San Diego-based lithography research and development company Cymer Inc. in its roughly $2.5 billion sale to Netherlands-based ASML Holding NV.


The transaction, which is being handled in euros, is valued at EUR 1.95 billion.
