Judge rejects Superman heirs' copyright claim
In a major victory for the Warner Bros.-owned publisher, a federal circuit court judge Wednesday rejected an attempt by the heirs of "Superman" co-creator Joseph Shuster to recapture the copyrights to the iconic character.

In a major victory for the Warner Bros.-owned publisher, a federal circuit court judge Wednesday rejected an attempt by the heirs of "Superman" co-creator Joseph Shuster to recapture the copyrights to the iconic character.
