SAN FRANCISCO- A State Bar case alleging several acts of misconduct by a Del Norte County district attorney that could lead to his disbarment kicked off Monday.
It is perhaps the first time in State Bar history that a case against a district attorney has made it to trial, agency spokeswoman Laura Ernde said.
