Dewey partner settlement gains court approval

The Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP estate claimed a crucial victory Tuesday after U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Martin Glenn approved a $70 million partner settlement that will help pay off the estate's creditors.

The Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP estate claimed a crucial victory Tuesday when a federal bankruptcy judge approved its settlement plan with hundreds of former partners.
