Jeffer Mangels counsels Penske Media on Variety buy

Jeffer Mangels, Butler & Mitchell LLP represented Penske Media Co. in the Tuesday announced acquisition of entertainment media source Variety.

Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Mitchell LLP represented Penske Media Corp. in its acquisition of entertainment media source Variety in a deal announced Tuesday. Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP advised the seller, U.K.-based publisher Reed Elsevier.


Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
