Judge approves request by former Dewey bankruptcy lawyers

Jones Day bankruptcy specialist Bruce Bennett is going back to work for what’s left of his former employer, Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, but only temporarily.

Jones Day bankruptcy specialist Bruce Bennett is going back to work for what's left of his former employer, Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, but only temporarily. The Dewey estate gained approval Friday from a federal bankruptcy judge to hire Bennett and his team to recoup legal fees for their work on the Los Angeles Dodgers restructuring.
