Google cannot enforce German patent ruling, 9th Circuit rules
A 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel ruled late Friday it was proper for a Seattle federal judge to forbid a Google Inc. subsidiary from enforcing a German court ruling that Microsoft Corp. infringed its patents, at least for now.
