Alameda DA's Rejection of Black Jurors Is Upheld

LOS ANGELES - Alameda County prosecutors have yet again prevailed against allegations that they purposely excluded black jurors in a murder case. On Tuesday, the 1st District Court of Appeal affirmed life sentences without parole for three men found guilty of killing a sheriff's deputy during a 1998 steakhouse robbery.
