Bush Continues Attack on Deprived, Maltreated Children
Forum Column - By Yolanda Arias - The president and the House of Representatives are trying to strike a blow against foster children who live with relatives. The Senate joined in this effort in December by voting 51-50 to pass, as part of budget reconciliation, a provision that will reverse the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision in the case of Rosales v. Thompson , 321 F.3d 835 (2003).
