Domain-Name Owner Finds That Sex Sells

SAN FRANCISCO - Sex sells. Finally. More than two years after the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that a domain name was intangible property and that Gary Kremen was indeed the legal owner of sex.com, the Internet entrepreneur sold the rights to the domain name Tuesday for close to $12 million.
