If Snowballs Fly on the Slopes, So Can Lawsuits Against Them

LOS ANGELES - Snowboarders beware: Getting into a snowball fight while speeding down a mountain might just get you sued. The 3rd District Court of Appeal last Thursday reinstated a lawsuit against a family whose 17-year-old son crashed into a Mammoth Mountain snowboard instructor just as the teen was about to throw a snowball at his brother behind him.
