Feds May Try to Salvage Narcotics Case

LOS ANGELES - Federal prosecutors are considering seeking an indictment of a convicted drug dealer for the same major narcotics offenses local prosecutors dropped after a security camera video contradicted testimony from Torrance detectives, a defense attorney said.
