Incarcerated Parents Cannot Be Required to Pay Child Support
Notwithstanding the nationwide crackdown on deadbeat moms and dads, a state appeal panel ruled Wednesday that incarcerated parents with no means of employment should not have to pay child support under orders obtained during their imprisonment.
