Attorney Vows to Continue Judicial Immunity Fight
The U.S. Supreme Court decided Monday not to review a lower court's dismissal of a lawsuit charging two Glendale Municipal Court bench officers with violating the civil rights of two men by denying them a jury trial in an unlawful detainer action. Their attorney vowed to take the matter to a legislator.
