SAN FRANCISCO - A major cocaine trafficking trial dissolved into acrimony Thursday when defense lawyer Maureen Kallins claimed the judge "was part of a gravy train to put her away." This prompted an angry U.S. District Judge Fern Smith to lash back that she was "tired of being yelled at in my own court."
