Inland Empire Judge Faces Ethics Charges
A San Bernardino County judge was accused Monday by state judicial discipline authorities of improperly jailing a tardy juror; denying a pro se defendant the right to cross-examine his accuser, a police officer; and repeatedly violating the due process rights of self-represented defendants in minor criminal matters.
