Justices Reject Free Speech Claim By Aliens

WASHINGTON - Handing the government a victory it had sought for 12 years, the Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that the Immigration and Naturalization Service may proceed with its efforts to deport eight Palestinians living in Southern California for their support of an alleged Palestinian terrorist group.
