Lettuce Grower Settles Harassment Suit
SAN JOSE - In the largest settlement of a sexual harassment case involving the agricultural industry, a Salinas-based lettuce grower has reached an agreement with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to pay $1.85 million to victims of sexual harassment by farm managers.
