Therapists Win Shield Against Memory Claims
SAN FRANCISCO - A father who says he was wrongly accused of sexually abusing his daughter because her therapist implanted the memory in her mind cannot sue the therapist for professional negligence or other theories of liability, a state appeal court has ruled.
