Seattle Firm Implodes After Merger Talks Fail
SEATTLE - A litigation boutique and perhaps some midsized firms may rise from the ashes of Bogle & Gates, which is scheduled to stop functioning as a law firm at the end of next month. Bogle & Gates partners voted to dissolve the firm Feb. 4 after a potential merger with Minneapolis-based Dorsey & Whitney went sour.
