Judge Allows Poster Display Of Ho Chi Minh
A shopkeeper in the Little Saigon neighborhood of Westminster who stirred bitter protests by displaying a poster of Ho Chi Minh won a court battle Wednesday when a judge said he could put the poster back in the window of his video store.
