Court to Take Up Campaign Law

Justices also will weigh in on Microsoft patent infringement case.

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to weigh whether an Arizona campaign finance law violates candidates' free speech rights, giving the conservative justices an opportunity to continue eliminating legal barriers against private money in elections.
