Judge May Block State Property Sale

A court yesterday paused Gov. Schwarzenegger's plan to sell 11 state-owned buildings to a private partnership.

Providing the latest twist in a controversial real estate deal that has spawned litigation against the state, a judge agreed Monday to consider blocking Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's plan to sell 11 state-owned office complexes to private investors.
