A company that sues businesses and individuals for allegedly infringing the copyright of articles in the Las Vegas Review-Journal is hoping to quietly drop a case against one defendant being represented by a San Francisco digital rights group.
But the digital rights group, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, is not planning on letting the Las Vegas-based company, Righthaven, off so easily.
