Pot Dispensary Challenges Planned

Los Angeles and Orange counties' supervisors have given preliminary approval to bans of marijuana dispensaries in unincorporated areas.

Lawyers for medical marijuana collectives and patients are planning legal challenges to proposed bans of dispensaries in the unincorporated parts of Los Angeles and Orange counties.
