In a move highly anticipated by attorneys in the Central District of California, President Barack Obama nominated Los Angeles Superior Court Judge John A. Kronstadt to the federal judiciary Wednesday.
If confirmed, Kronstadt would fill the seat left open by the death earlier this year of Florence-Marie Cooper.
